Ear Seeding

Ear seeds are small seeds used to stimulate pressure points in your ear. They’re a type of acupressure or acupuncture focused on the ear. In traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) your health depends on the flow of qi (energy) in your body which travels along pathways known as meridians. Ear seeds are placed on points along meridian lines to help clear energy blockages. In TCM, clearing these blockages may help with: chronic pain, insomnia and other sleep issues, depression, anxiety, stress, infertility, migraine and other head pain, addiction, weight loss

Movement

Flow/Vinyasa Yoga: Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures.

Restorative Yoga: Restorative yoga is the centering of your breath and body - aligning physically & mentally by practicing stillness. 

Yin Yoga: Yin Yoga is a slow-paced exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time, allowing the muscles to relax.

Teen Yoga: 60 minute class custom tailored for our youth. Combining movement and midfulness.

Strenga: Strenga is a combination of strength & conditioning and yin yoga.  We get our blood pumping for 30 minutes and immediately follow with 30 minutes of yin yoga to allow for adequate stretching. 

Strenga Circuit : 40 minute workouts that target the entire body, 10 stations, 3 minutes per station, followed by 20 minutes of yin inspired stretching.

Family Yoga: Mobility, mindfulness, body awareness, and strength are things we all can build on so give it a try. Bring your children and move together through partner or group poses, follow-along flows, even flying your littles in the air. Mend bonding time with muscle development and follow play time with rest all as we explore our bodies and find unique self-expression. This class is intended to be for families of all ages, 0 and up. Age and level appropriate modifications and challenges will be provided to accommodate individual family needs.

Guided Meditation

These guided meditation workshops are centered around connection to self and strengthening that connection.  We guide you within so that you may find the answers you’ve been seeking without.  True inner peace is found when our connection is pure.  Allow yourself to decompress and remember who you are without the noise.  Each meditation session is followed by some journaling and discussion.

Day Retreats

A combination of movement, meditation, healing, and creative workshops where you can rest, recharge & rejuvenate fully. Showing up for you means you can fully show up for others.

Soul Flow™️ Sessions

In these 50 -70 minute workshops, you will move in a way that invites you to journey back to your inner self where you’ll find the guidance and magic that lives within you. You will be guided by a certified Love Vibe Facilitator to a sacred coming home party!  In this safe container you are free to move deeply and lovingly while returning back to body and soul ... and ultimately self love. There is no dancing experience or choreography required! Open to all ages who are willing to release what is no longer serving them, and willing to call in their deepest desires!

Wellness Coaching

As a Wellness Coach, Jen Gagnon, is certified through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and has many years of experience under her belt.  She is a firm believer in reaching for balance; mind, body and soul in order to live your best life each and every day.  She will take you where you are at and move forward from there.  With Jen, you will use mindset tools and techniques, breathwork, fitness, nutrition, meditation, journaling, mirror work, NLP, etc.  She has a full toolbox and is ready to help you start living your best life today!  Health, happiness & true alignment is where it’s at!
