Flow/Vinyasa Yoga: Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures.
Restorative Yoga: Restorative yoga is the centering of your breath and body - aligning physically & mentally by practicing stillness.
Yin Yoga: Yin Yoga is a slow-paced exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time, allowing the muscles to relax.
Teen Yoga: 60 minute class custom tailored for our youth. Combining movement and midfulness.
Strenga: Strenga is a combination of strength & conditioning and yin yoga. We get our blood pumping for 30 minutes and immediately follow with 30 minutes of yin yoga to allow for adequate stretching.
Strenga Circuit : 40 minute workouts that target the entire body, 10 stations, 3 minutes per station, followed by 20 minutes of yin inspired stretching.
Family Yoga: Mobility, mindfulness, body awareness, and strength are things we all can build on so give it a try. Bring your children and move together through partner or group poses, follow-along flows, even flying your littles in the air. Mend bonding time with muscle development and follow play time with rest all as we explore our bodies and find unique self-expression. This class is intended to be for families of all ages, 0 and up. Age and level appropriate modifications and challenges will be provided to accommodate individual family needs.
